Kousalya Rozario is a registered dietitian with 15 years of experience in providing personalised nutritional therapy and lifestyle advice to her clients. She earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bharathidasen University, India, and holds a Master of Philosophy in Food Service Management and Dietetics from Avinashilingam University, India.

Kousalya’s primary goal is to inspire and support clients in making necessary changes to regain optimal health. She is here to help clients suffering from hormone imbalances, weight management, poor energy, stress, brain fog, gut issues, hypertension, and metabolic disorders like diabetes.

During a consultation, Kousalya takes a holistic approach by considering all aspects of a client’s health, diet, eating habits, exercise, medical history, goals, and lifestyle. She listens to her clients, understands their symptoms, and identifies the root cause of their problems to tailor a meal plan that meets their specific needs and helps them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Rose, originally from South Africa, has over 14 years of experience with a special interest and expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, headaches and dizziness. She also has vast experience with all athletes; from the amateur to elite and national competitive athletes. Rose uses a hands-on approach to treatment, utilising various manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, along with prescribing thorough rehabilitation programmes. Paula is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Cape Town, South Africa. She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2013 and has furthered her studies while working, completing courses in Dry Needling, APPI Mat Work Pilates, Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, Be Activated. She most recently completed MSc in Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, graduating with a distinction in her dissertation on shoulder injuries.

Paula enjoys working with all types of muscle, tendon and joint injuries. She has a particular interest in athletes of all abilities, from weekend warriors to elite sportspeople. Paula believes in a holistic and rehabilitative approach to physio treatment. She adapts every session to the individual needs of her patients, using a combination of hands-therapy and exercise to help them achieve their functional or sporting goals.

Lee is a Biokineticist / Kinesiotherapist from South Africa with a passion for unlocking the potential of the human body through movement. Lee obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Science and Physiology degree, and she has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biokinetics. Biokinetics is the science of movement and the application of exercise in rehabilitative treatment.

Lee specialises in designing and implementing targeted exercise programs for individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries. She believes in a comprehensive approach that considers not just physical rehabilitation but also the mental and emotional aspects of recovery.
